I have been making this recipe for years, and it's one of my absolute favorite meals. So simple, yet so flavorful and impressive to guests.

My whole family loved this and they are so fussy. It’s a winner for my son to cook.

This is delicious! I did have to substitute heavy cream for the coconut milk because that's what I had and I made it with fresh green beans. It is so good! My son loves it too!

Ummm...wow. I love the Lord but chose to co-labor with Him by taking personal responsibility for my health. Making wise choices and doing what's best is His calling. When we pray for our food, we acknowledge He is the Creator and all things are under His charge - He makes clean the unclean - but the version of praying over our food as is listed in the above post is very much out of context. Scripture admonishes us in many places to be responsible. Although all things are allowed, not all are profitable. This recipe looks amazing - making it tonight!

Yous simply blanch the beans. Boil until bright green in colour, then drain and immediately place in iced water to stop the cooking. Keep dry until ready to put in a dish. Delicious.

Nicole you go on and pray the antibiotics and hormones out of your meat, or the gmo feed its been fed and see how far that gets you. I don't want to offend anyone else by saying how many things are wrong with your statement on praying. My family is on food stamps at the moment and we eat 95% organic and 0 processed foods. You find ways to do whats best for your family and make it work. Love this recipe by the way. I have made it a few times and its always delicious :o)

The only "extra" I added was a splash of wine at the very end before putting in the coconut milk & cheese. The flavor of the cheese & butter "masks" the coconut milk so you can't even tell it was made with coconut. Fooled the husband! Haha. I did have to cool just a bit longer as all I has was bone in thighs.

It's pretty tasty, but I would highly recommend using fresh green beans. The frozen were not good texture-wise and had different flavor.

Also, add sriracha if you have it! Yum.
