Hi Ace,

Soft apple cider (AKA Sweet Apple Cider) contains no alcohol. It is differentiated from hard cider which does contain alcohol.

Made (alcohol free) to go with an orange-forward dinner and it was delicious. Had too much and it reheated well for a bed-time tonic on a later date. Made again using the recipe as a guide to alter some mulling spice we had, still great. Winter has the best drinks 🙂

Easy to serve just use the spout. Never have use this pot for coffee only mulled drinks at the Holidays. Makes it easy!
