Grapeseed Oil is a polyunsaturated fat. Stay away from it because it harms the body. The only fats I consume are palm oil, coconut oil, ghee, lard and peanut oil sometimes because it has a higher boiling point as well and i use it for frying chicken cutlets.

While there are some interesting things in the article, calling any fat "healthy" is a misnomer. There are no healthy fats for ingestion.

I use it for all of my cooking since it has a high smoking point at 500°. You didn't mention this in the article. Do you have any info about it? Thanks!

Unfortunately, most canola in the US is GMO, but if can get your hands on unrefined organic canola oil it is totally worth it. It is a crucial ingredient in many traditional Chinese and Indian dishes.

It is a marketing tool. Virgin Coconut Oil, yes. Extra Virgin, no.

I was wondering about avocado oil as well. I like it in my homemade mayo. Very mild flavor... if any...
