I want you to enjoy yourself.\" &nbsp;And every year for Valentine's Day, I dream up something special - sweet and lovely - to share with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One year I made\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourishedkitchen.com\/mayan-chocolate-truffles\/\">Mayan Chocolate Truffles<\/a>\u00a0because they reminded me of eloping, another it was <a href=\"https:\/\/nourishedkitchen.com\/simple-chocolate-custard\/\">Chocolate Custard<\/a>. \u00a0This year I wanted something special: rich and comforting but bright and tart and vividly colored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-coconut-and-blood-orange-mousse\">Coconut and Blood Orange Mousse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I settled on a rich coconut and blood orange mousse: vibrant and vivid colors with the deep, dark purple of the orange contrasting with the angelic white of the coconut mousse. &nbsp;The perfumed tartness of blood orange balances nicely with the sweet, smooth coconut cream, and a good dollop of gelatin helps to set it all together.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-21596\" class=\"wprm-recipe-container\"
