A decoction, like <a href=\"https:\/\/nourishedkitchen.com\/stinging-nettle-infusion\/\">nettle infusion<\/a> and this <a href=\"https:\/\/nourishedkitchen.com\/pregnancy-tea-recipe\/\">herbal pregnancy tea<\/a>, involves extracting the flavor and medicinal benefits of herbs through hot water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since you're using hardy, tough herbal parts like roots and cacao nibs, you'll need to simmer the herbs about 20 minutes rather than steep them.
