There are a few tips to make sure it comes out every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make sure the cherries are completely free from pits<\/strong> before you pur\u00e9e them in a blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adjust the sweetener<\/strong>, adding more honey if your cherries are tarter and slightly less if your cherries are very sweet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skip the vanilla bean<\/strong> if your budget's tight, and use vanilla extract or additional almond extract instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The alcohol in kirsch<\/strong> helps to keep your cherry sorbet smooth and easy to scoop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strain the sorbet base<\/strong> if you prefer a smoother texture.
